This painting is inspired by the classic French bistro posters of The Chat Noir variety. The colors are yellow, red and black. It features the smiling black cat with a full fish skeleton beneath his paws. The title of the painting, Catch of the Day / La Peche du Jour, are written in both English and French.

ARTIST'S STATEMENT Georgia Donovan My art work is designed to make you smile. I create art for pleasure, my own and that of others.
